We aim to offer high quality Pilates teaching. We keep the number of the participants small and We provide personalised teaching. Please share with Dorita old and new injuries if any.

In order to maximise the results from your Pilates training you must join the group classes more than once a week and you must book at least once the Nutrition science Workshop.
All group classes have been designed to improve mental and physical health alongside emotional strength. All classes are full body workouts. Join the best style and level for you.

Youtube videos will be shared with fitness tips and workouts to help you continue practicing even when you are unable to join a live class. In-person classes will also be available at your location — stay tuned for updates!
Bond and Engage
Born in Greece, Dorita’s Pilates journey began at the age of 8 when she was diagnosed with scoliosis. After undergoing spinal fusion surgery seven years later, she was introduced to Pilates during her rehabilitation and experienced firsthand its transformative benefits in rebuilding strength, restoring mobility, and improving overall wellbeing. After more than a decade of practice, she trained with Body Control Pilates in London, one of the world’s leading education providers, to become a teacher. Her passion for holistic health also led her to complete a Nutrition Science course at Stanford University, where she gained valuable knowledge in digestion, weight management, and healthy lifestyle habits — empowering her to help students not only move better, but also sleep better, feel better, and live better.
