How it works:

All group classes and privates are being taught live online via Zoom. 

A very successful service for any kind of company with staff working from home or from the office. Dorita demonstrates all movements and observes the students while exercising. With kindness and respect to the body, Dorita assists the students with instructions and corrections for the optimum body posture. Keeping all students safe into the movement is Dorita’s first priority. Always providing useful information about alignment, Dorita helps the students increase body strength and muscle tone with no risks of injury.
